The MC9S08EN16 offers 40 MHz of CPU performance using NXP®’s 0.25µ Flash, which is useful in many Automotive and Industrial CAN applications and pushes the boundaries of 8-bit into the range of 16-bit MCU performance. Embedded MSCAN and In-Circuit Emulation/Debug are MC9S08EN16’s signature features. This device is offered in 48-pin and 32-pin options. Temperature options include C, V, and M.
